Deliverable 1: What is a quantum computer, what are they useful for, and what are some of their main challenges? What is a quibit and how does it compare to a classical bit? Deliverable 2: While researching the main challenges of quantum computing you likely ran across the phrases "quantum noise" and "quantum error correction". The goal of this experiment is to determine the rate at which noise affects real quantum computing results. In a few paragraphs, more thoroughly define the term "quantum noise" and explain why it occurs. Include citations (do not have to be proper) to where you found the information.
Deliverable 3: A quantum circuit is created using quantum logic gates. Research quantum logic gates, describe how a couple common logic gates work, and compare them to the logic chips used in building digital electronics.
